As the Chief Business Officer of Jakson Group, Sanjay Gupta oversees the group and business strategies while also managing the Marketing-Communication portfolio. With over 14 years of experience, Mr. Gupta has held various leadership roles, most notably at Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. (BHEL), where he gained extensive expertise in strategy development, operations excellence, and stakeholder management. Mr. Gupta holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering from Mumbai University and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from IIT Roorkee. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the Skill Council for Green Jobs, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and skill development in the industry. In his spare time, Sanjay is an avid reader with a wide range of interests, and enjoys listening to music.
